whether you are hosting a private party or want to reserve the charm bar for your next event, tulsa charm bar is excited to partner with you to bring your vision to life. we provide an on-site custom jewelry experience for birthdays, bridal events, team gatherings, fundraisers, influencer events memorial services, intimate celebrations and much more.

each guest designs their own tarnish proof custom necklace or bracelet with our selection of over 200 charms, and we build every piece live during your event.

party options

the all-inclusive (host pays)

this is the perfect option for hosts that want their guests to take home a one-of-a-kind party favor that they will cherish forever!

you can either: 

  • choose the item your guests will make and how many charms each guest gets to select (example: each guest will make a bracelet with 5 charms) and pre-pay before the party. guests may be able to add on addition charms or pieces at their own expensive if time allows.
  • or, you can pre-pay the party minimum so that guests can choose between building a necklace or a bracelet and add as many charms as they like. the host will be invoiced at the end of the party for anything that was not covered by the party minimum.

the open bar (guests pay)

this option allows guests to shop freely and pay for their own custom pieces during the event.

the total spend must still reach the required party minimum based on your guest count. if guest purchases do not meet the minimum by the end of the event, the host will be invoiced for the remaining balance.

the fundraiser

this option is for schools, non-profits, and community organizations who want to raise money while offering a meaningful experience for their guests.

we have collaborated with many organizations for fundraising events, and have handled guest payment in a variety of ways. fill out the booking form, and we will connect with you and determine the best way to accommodate purchases based on your unique event. 

the total spend must still reach the required party minimum based on your guest count. if guest purchases do not meet the minimum by the end of the event, the host will be invoiced for the remaining balance.

party minimums & guest capacity

tier 1: petite party 

  • $750 minimum spend
  • up to 10 guests
  • 2 hours charm shopping & assembly + 1 hour setup/teardown (3 hours total venue access)
  • full charm and chain selection and gift wrapping

tier 2: classic party 

  • $950 minimum spend
  • 11-13 guests
  • 2.5 hours charm shopping & assembly + 1 hour setup/teardown (3.5 hours total venue access)
  • full charm and chain selection and gift wrapping

tier 3: signature party 

  • $1200 minimum spend
  • 14-16 guests
  • 3 hours charm shopping & assembly + 1 hour setup/teardown (4 hours total venue access)
  • full charm and chain selection and gift wrapping

tier 4: luxe event

  • for parties larger than 17 guests, please submit the booking form below and we’ll reach out with a custom quote!

items & prices

all prices list are pre-tax. guests are responsible for paying all required sales tax which will be added to the total at the time of checkout or invoicing.

at each event, guests will have the full chain and charm selection. you can choose to make the following items (please note that our item pricing for parties is lower than our online pricing to account for group discounts):

party bundle deals

  • necklace with 5 charms $80
  • bracelet with 5 charms $75
  • necklace with 7 charms $95
  • bracelet with 7 charms $90

a la carte:

  • all necklace styles: $35
  • all bracelet styles $35
  • charms $10/each

example: a party for 10 guests making a necklace with 7 charms ($95/each) = $950 total pre-tax. Based on the guest count, this is a tier 1 party and the total meets the minimum spend requirement.

guests may pay for additional charms and items during the event if time allows.

travel

  • for events hosted within tulsa city limits, there is no additional travel fee.
  • events outside of tulsa may require a small travel fee based on the distance.

deposit

a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your date. this deposit is applied toward your party’s minimum.

a credit card is required to be placed on file for all non-prepaid parties. the card will only be charged if the event total does not meet the minimum or if the final invoice is not paid within 24 hours.
