each guest designs their own tarnish-proof custom necklace, bracelet, keychain with our selection of over 200 gold-filled charms, and each piece is hand made while your guests enjoy the rest of the event.

party options

the all-inclusive (host pays)

this is the perfect option for hosts that want their guests to take home a one-of-a-kind party favor that they will cherish forever! custom charm jewelry is an incredibly special way to memorialize life’s biggest events!

the open bar (guests pay)

this option allows guests to shop freely and pay for their own custom pieces during the event.

the total spend must still reach the required party minimum based on your guest count. if guest purchases do not meet the minimum by the end of the event, the host will be invoiced for the remaining balance.

the fundraiser

this option is for schools, non-profits, and community organizations who want to raise money while offering a meaningful experience for their guests.

we have collaborated with many organizations for fundraising events, and have handled guest payment in a variety of ways. fill out the booking form, and we will connect with you and determine the best way to accommodate purchases based on your unique event.

party minimums, items & pricing

all charm bar parties require a $1,150 minimum spend.

this includes:

up to 10 guests
2 hours of charm bar shopping and on-site assembly and gift wrapping
each guest designs a custom necklace, bracelet, or keychain with 3 charms

if your party has fewer than 10 guests, you are still required to meet the minimum spend, but all of it goes toward jewelry. fewer guests simply means more flexibility — additional charms, upgraded pieces, or extra items.

each additional guests up to 16 total guests are $95 per person, with extra time added as needed.

parties with 17 or more guests require a custom quote.

optional charm upgrades:

upgrade to 5 charms per guest → +$30 per person

upgrade to 7 charms per guest → +$60 per person

travel

we come to you! submit the booking form below for your custom travel quote!

for events hosted within tulsa city limits, there is no additional travel fee.
events outside of tulsa may require a small travel fee based on the distance.

deposit

a deposit of $500 is required to secure your date. this deposit is applied toward your party’s minimum. the deposit is fully refundable up to 2 weeks before the event. after that point, the deposit is non-refundable. we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your party date with you and transfer your deposit up to 1 time within 6 months from your original event date (subject to our availability).

a credit card is required to be placed on file for all parties. the card will only be charged if the event total does not meet the minimum or if the final invoice is not paid within 24 hours.
